Your Marketing Partners is a UK-based ads agency founded in 2018 by Bradley Riley. Since then, we've managed $250M+ in client ad spend across 1,500+ businesses, building a methodology, a team, and a reputation for doing the work most agencies outsource, skip, or pretend they're doing.

Our Story
Your Marketing Partners started in a university bedroom in 2018, with one freelance client, a $500 invoice, and a decision that changed everything.
That client was enough. Bradley Riley, the founder, had been working a job at Co-op that he hated, not because of the work itself, but because it felt like a job. He wanted to build something with purpose. Something that, whatever it became, would be the best at what it did. The moment that first client said yes, he dropped out of university, had an awkward conversation with a very disappointed grandmother, and got to work.
What followed wasn't glamorous. It was a phone next to the pillow so client notifications could be answered at 2am. It was caring more, moving faster, and treating every single client like they were the only one. One client became two, then ten, and at ten, Bradley needed help. So he started hiring.
That same standard, care more, move faster, hold higher standards than anyone expects, became the operating system of the company. It still is.
Nine years on, Your Marketing Partners has worked with thousands of brands, managed over $250M in ad spend, and built a team of more than 50 people across the UK and beyond. But the story isn't really about growth. It's about what didn't change.
Bradley made more mistakes than he cares to admit, and worked tens of thousands of hours figuring things out. Through all of it, the company held one line: do things with integrity, hold higher standards than anyone expects, and care more than the competition is willing to.

When mistakes happen, we do not look for people to blame, make excuses, play the victim, or procrastinate. We take responsibility and extract the lesson. We ask ourselves, "What could I have done to prevent this from happening?" To blame someone else is to admit you are powerless, and we don't do that here, we're a powerhouse. Complaining and excuses are never tolerated. So if something goes wrong, pause and say, "F***, that's annoying… I don't want that to happen again, I'm better than that". Own the mistake and hold up the mirror. Not because it's easy, but because that's what people committed to growth do.
We sweat the small stuff. We don't do "that'll do." True excellence isn't just about the big wins, it's built on an obsession with every minor detail. Because excellence isn't an act, it's a mindset, a relentless commitment to raising the bar higher than anyone else in the industry. It's not pressure, it's pride… pride in everything we do.
